 WBENC and WOSB Certification

Why do I need certification? Will being certified as a woman business owner bring me more business?

Before they will even consider you for bid and contract opportunities, major corporations like BMW, UPS, The Coca-Cola Company, Georgia Power and Sonoco, just to name a few, not only require you to register on their company supplier diversity website but also require you to be certified.

The Process is Simple! If you are just starting a business or looking for new business prospects, you should ask yourself these three questions:

  1. Do you have the right product or service for the client you are seeking to do business with?
  2. Can you provide quality product and service with on-time delivery?
  3. Do you have the capacity to fulfill the obligations of the contract?

Yes? Grow your business and expand your network by becoming WBENC certified!

Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification

WBENC Certification is an incredible marketing tool but does not guarantee you a contract. You have to be willing to invest the time to build relationships to get the most out of your certification. Any WBENC-certified WBE can apply for WOSB during recertification; and any woman owned-business which applies for WBENC certification, may also simultaneously apply for WOSB certification.
