Patrick Dierberger - Chair
Patrick is an assistant vice president in the Financial Management and Planning (FM&P) Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, responsible for financial management, accounting, and duties associated with the Bank’s financial reporting. Working at the Atlanta Fed for 20 years, he previously held positions in the Payor Bank Services, Treasury Check Processing, Check Administration, and Unisys Information Security. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and has completed executive development programs with Harvard University and The Wharton School.

Tameka Harper - First Vice Chair

Tameka is the Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) at The Coca-Cola Company – leading the company's global DEI strategy, as well as implementation of measurable programs and initiatives. In her role, Tameka leads a talented team focused on operationalizing the company’s DEI strategy. She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, networked team of operating units and functional leaders as well as partners across The Coca-Cola Foundation, Global Supplier Diversity, Legal and Public Affairs.

Tameka has held a variety of leadership roles across several functions during her 20+ year career at Coca-Cola. Before becoming the CDEIO, Tameka led Transformation & Value Delivery for the company’s Platform Services division, where she connected with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and transparent performance management with operating units and functions while identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and evolve.

Tameka is a native of Atlanta and an alum of Georgia Tech where she earned a degree in electrical engineering. She received her MBA from Mercer University. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Greater Women’s Business Council.

Tammy Cohen (SHRM-CP, PHR), a background screening pioneer with three decades of experience, is a nationally honored entrepreneur, a successful businesswoman, and a recognized thought leader.

Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of InfoMart, one of the top 10 largest background check and identity screening companies in the industry, Cohen is known professionally as the Queen of Screen and was named among "Atlanta's Top 20 Women-Owned Firms” and “Top 500 Women-Owned Businesses in the US.” Recently, she was recognized as a WBE Star, the Most Influential Woman in Background Screening, and “Maverick of the Year” by the Stevie Awards. She lends her expertise to renowned publications, including contributions to Forbes, Entrepreneur, HR Executive, and HR Technologist.

I am the Supplier Diversity Operational lead at BMW Manufacturing Co. located in Spartanburg, SC. My previous role was in logistics quality at BMW for a total of 5 years with the company. I was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico and have lived in the United States for 25+ years. Majority of the time have lived in South Carolina. I obtained my Bachelor of Science from USC in Business Management with concentration in Marketing. I also completed an international business degree from Hochschule Landshut in Germany. I am intrigued by unique business developments and exploring new trends in tech. In my personal life I enjoy traveling, photography, and spending time with family.

As Director, Consumer Wireless Devices & Mobility Accessories Sourcing for AT&T, Stephanie is responsible for supporting the sourcing/contracting for all Android Phones, Tablets, Smartwatches, Mobile Broadband, Connected Devices and Accessories. She has been with AT&T since 1987 and has been in the Global Supply Chain sourcing organization since 1993. Before this role, she held various finance positions within BellSouth and AT&T. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and holds an Executive MBA from Emory University.

Our cohort training solutions increase Tier II diverse spend and help clients demonstrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as social sustainability (ESG) outreach performance.

 

Business2Banker Connection, Inc d/b/a Praxis Strategic Solutions is a risk mitigation consulting practice formed in 2016. Our training team is comprised of tenured women-owned tier II service providers. Each course leader will engage cohort participants with deep-knowledge, experienced based, actionable content to help diverse business owners rise above labels or limitations, build capacity, and strengthen community ecosystems.

Greg Munoz is Vice President, Global Supply Management and Logistics for Sonoco Products Company, a $6.5B diversified packaging solutions company in South Carolina. Greg joined Sonoco in 2003, has 26+ years of experience in supply chain management, including jobs with Motorola (now General Dynamics) and Honeywell Aerospace.

Greg is passionate about the advancement of diversity and inclusion by supporting the Sonoco Supplier Diversity program and as Co-Sponsor for the Women’s Business Resource Group as part of Sonoco’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Greg also serves on board of directors for the Center for Advanced Purchasing Strategy (CAPS) council and is active in influencing positive changes around supplier diversity and other related initiatives.

She brings with her more than 20 years of collective experience and expertise in Supplier Diversity, Procurement, Sales and Logistics.

Kanchana Raman has been a serial entrepreneur and Investor in the ICT industry, starting her first company Avion in 1996 in Atlanta, Georgia. Avion has several brands and offices globally and successfully deployed 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G networks in 18 countries.

 

Avion Networks plays a significant role in the final deployment and management of current mobile networks and their planned transformation into the next-generation cloud enabled, virtual and software driven networks. Avacend focuses on IT, Telecom consulting, staffing across different industries.

 

Kanchana and her companies are recipients of several service excellence awards globally.

 

Kanchana holds several board positions at TIA, Manpower, WBENC, and TiE.

 

Kanchana holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University. Kanchana also completed Executive Management programs from Dartmouth and Kellogg business school. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband Mani, daughter Kamini, and son Ananth.

Latesha Isbell is a Supplier Inclusion Manager for Southern Company
with over 21 years experience in the energy industry. In this role, she
provides leadership and support to the electric supplier inclusion
team in Georgia to develop and implement strategic initiatives that
strengthen the pipeline of diverse suppliers.

Since joining Georgia Power in 2007, Latesha has held roles of
increasing responsibility in strategic planning, sales, training and
energy efficiency.

Latesha has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of
Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and a Master of Business
Administration from Texas A&M University.

In the community, she serves on the National Small Business
Association Leadership Council and Economic Development
Committee, as well as the Georgia Minority Supplier Development
Council's Supplier Diversity Leadership Committee.

Debby is a seasoned operating executive with over 30 years of experience spanning profit and non-profit sectors, including 23 years leading teams at top higher-education institutions like Georgetown and Emory. She has successfully guided organizations through major economic events like 9/11, the 2008 financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic while driving strategic growth and innovation.

Currently the Vice President of Business Operations at Emory University and Vice President of Supply Chain for Emory Healthcare, Debby brings expertise in financial management, operations, supply chain, risk management, audit, policy, and compensation. She has overseen $3 billion supply chains and over $400 million in operating budgets.

Debby founded a sports platform company and advises Atlanta startups through volunteer programs. She holds degrees from Georgia Southern University, University of Maryland, Georgetown University, and ESADE Business School and completed corporate director programs.

As Director of Advertising and Partnerships at UPS since 2022, she creates world-class experiences to build brand relevance. Streat leverages consumer insights, market trends, and data analytics to develop integrated campaigns across channels. Her "Proudly Unstoppable" campaign amplifying diverse businesses generated over 200 million impressions.

Previously, Streat led UPS's global brand management as well as award-winning campaigns like "Wishes Delivered." With a curious spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills, she resolves complex challenges through relationship building across teams. Streat holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Emory University.

As Vice President, SBA Senior Business Development Officer, Business Banking at Bank of America, Kim helps local small business owners in the Atlanta market access capital by driving business integration across multiple lines of business.

With over 20 years of experience in various customer service and client relationship roles at Bank of America, she excels in partnering with bankers, community partners, and Centers of Influence to provide lending solutions and identify new SBA client relationships. Kim's expertise has allowed her to close over $20 million in SBA deals in just 13 months, exceeding her goals.

She has received numerous awards, including the Top Performer award in 2022 and the Pinnacle Diamond Award for outstanding performance as a Business Banker. Kim is actively involved in Bank of America's employee resource groups and community initiatives, serving as a Senior Advisor for the Asian Leadership Network and participating in the bank's Racial Equity Grant Committee.

Kim’s parents immigrated from Vietnam to Charleston, South Carolina. She’s spent most of her life in South Carolina, New Mexico and Georgia. She and her husband have welcomed a baby boy in the fall of 2023 to join their two French bulldogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Alesha Tomlinson is a dynamic and compassionate leader who is oriented towards action and achieving outcomes.  Alesha has been helping clients leverage digital technologies to transform their core operations and secure their information for over 15 years.  She specializes in taking innovative ideas and bringing them to life in meaningful ways.  Alesha has a passion for learning and enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies.  

An unwavering advocate for DEI, Alesha is constantly creating safe spaces for people in marginalized groups to develop and show their excellence. Alesha is currently the Accenture Women’s Employee Resource Group (AWERG) Lead for the Atlanta office. As the lead, Alesha drives the realization of AWERG’s mission to foster a sense of belonging for women by creating opportunities for personal and professional development, sponsoring mentorship programs, and creating forums to exchange lived experiences and ideas. 

Alesha is currently a Managing Director at Accenture, a global professional services firm, in their Industry X group.  Industry X combines Accenture's digital and engineering expertise to help clients reimagine their products, infrastructure, and services. As a Senior Leader in her group, Alesha is responsible for driving sales across Consumer Products, Retail, Automotive, Industrial, and Travel industries.  She is also an enterprise-wide delivery leader and drives multi-year digital transformations for Fortune 100 clients. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring value realization, adhering to timelines and budgets, and keeping the team together like a well-orchestrated symphony. 

Alesha hails from the Midwest and holds an Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems degree from Iowa State University.  Alesha moved to Atlanta 12 years ago to escape the frigid Northern winters and fell in love with the food, music, arts, and sports the city has to offer.  She is enjoying life in the greater Metropolitan Atlanta area with her spouse and children.
